Yahoo Bookmarks

Yahoo Bookmarks, currently in beta, is the new online bookmark management tool in the market. Although Yahoo acquired Del.icio.us sometime back, this seems to use the best of Yahoo interface and Del.icio.us api services. You can import bookmarks from their personal web browser and Del.icio.us with easy-to-use one click process.

Firefox 2 is here

FirefoxFirefox 2 has been released, although no official announcement was done. The new firefox wears a new UI theme, and features built-in spell-checking, phishing protection, Javascript 1.7, and session persistence. Although the final release was scheduled on 24th Oct, a lot many praying eyes saw the new folder that was created for latest release on Mozilla FTP servers. Go ahead and download.

Beautifying Bloglines

I have been using Bloglines for about 2 years, but have never thought of changing its appearance. I was aware about usercontent.css hacks but knew I could not satisfy my expectations when it came to UI design. And then Jon Hicks launched an excellent skin for bloglines. The skin features a classic woody look that is difficult to resist. You can download the skin here, and installation instructions are here
